Top NYC Cake Smash Session

Ethan’s mom was referred to me from another client of mine. I am always so grateful when clients refer me to their close friends and family members. It is perhaps the biggest compliment to receive as a photographer!

Ethan was one of my smiliest babies, EVER! I think he smiled in every single frame I took of him. This boy clearly LOVED the camera, as well as laughing at his mom standing behind me. No wonder Ethan’s mom had a difficult time deciding on which proofs she wanted for her final gallery. She even enlisted the help of family members to pick out their favorites of little Ethan.

When deciding on a cake, Ethan’s mom wanted a cake that would stand out. This is one of my favorite cakes to photograph, it’s super cute. I love pairing it with this gold star ONE topper. Adding a cake topper makes for something for the kids to engage with, as well as cute photos. A photographer friend of mine had a client bring this topper to their session, and I knew I had to buy one as well. All of my cake smash sessions include the cake, outfit, banner and topper!

This NYC cake smash session was so much fun. I love when the kids enjoy the session just as much as I do!
