Best Oyster Bay Newborn Photographer

Baby Ryan was an absolute doll for her newborn session! She ate prior to her session, and didn’t even have to eat again until we were done! She flew threw her photoshoot, nailing all of the poses I put her in.

Her parents wanted photos of just her, and a photo to incorporate dad’s tattoo sleeve. I immediately thought of the idea above in black & white to highlight his tattoo art. I love the juxtaposition of a brand new precious baby being held by her dad with his tattoo.

Ryan made the best smiles I have ever seen in a newborn! Newborns don’t develop a social smile until about 2 months, and newborn smiles at this age are neurological reflexes. Ryan kept smiling for about 7-8 frames! She made such cute and different smiley faces and her parents chose all of them. I often get requests to capture smiles/awake faces, and it doesn’t always happen. We were so lucky to capture these precious wide awake shots!
