And baby Maddie makes FOUR! I was so excited when mom reached out to me to let me know they were expecting a little girl. I have been capturing this family’s photos since big brother Miles was a newborn. It was so great to see him in his role as big brother. Mom and dad told me he’s the type to inspect what’s going on around him before he decides whether he likes it or not. And he definitely loved the idea of photos with his sister!

Maddie was a born a little nugget. I sometimes like to wait for the baby to be in the upper 5 lb range for newborn photos in order for them to fill out and pose well. Maddie had exceeded her goals by the time I arrived for her session! She posed so beautifully and fit into every single pose I put her in. Also, I think she loved it too! Look at those three amazingly cute smiles I captured!

It’s sometimes super tricky to get family photos with a toddler, as they want nothing more than to be held and smile. But with a lot of silly noises, toys and phrases, we were able to get these adorable family photos of him smiling too!
