NYC Twin Girls Newborn Session

Twins make for an extra special photoshoot. Mom had reached out regarding a session for her two baby girls she was expecting. A twin session takes longer than normal, as not only do I photograph each twin individually, but also together. It does take some time to get them sleeping and posed together!

Big sis Viv did amazing with her little sisters! It’s hard enough as a preschooler to adapt to having a new sibling at home, but then include second one! Mom and dad loved all of the shots we got with their big sister, and chose many family shots as well. For each of the girls, mom and dad chose a different color for their solo shots. I always pose twins the same way for their solo shots. These make for great side-by-side comparisons, and its so special to have them both in the same pose.

With twin sessions there is so much variety you can achieve, especially with all of the parent combinations. I always love capturing each baby with their parents so that they can each have their own special photos with mom and dad
