Manhattan Newborn Session

Isabella’s mom wanted something pretty and classic for her newborn session. She inquired about my mini session, as she wanted a few beautiful photos of her daughter to use for a birth announcement.
Isabella did not disappoint during her session! She had the most gorgeous skin tone and features. Izzy’s mom is from Ghana and her dad is Dominican! She had the most perfect cheeks and little wisps of curls.
Once she fell asleep, Isabella snoozed right through her session. For my mini sessions I will start out posing baby the same way as I do for my other packages. The three poses I start with are ‘head on hands facing forward,’ ‘timber’ and ‘tushie up.’ There are so many angles/variety I can capture from these three poses, and they also transition seamlessly into one another.
The mini session is perfect for parents who want to capture this time and want a few beautiful photos of their newborn, without having a full session. These sessions typically last 2-3 hours and are of just baby.
