In Home Stamford CT Newborn Session

Archie was one of those babies that slept his entire session and didn’t make a peep. I could have spent the whole day posing him and he would have been perfectly content! Mom told me he was a great sleeper, which was absolutely true! He stirred when he wanted to eat, and other than that slept soundly.

I have been photographing his family since big brother Oslo was a a newborn. Oslo also slept soundly at his session. Funny this is that I always remember how a baby did at their newborn session. Even though it’s not “genetic,” I’ve found from my experience that if one sibling does well, the other ends up doing well for their newborn session. They do say that baby’s temperament is reflective of their parents’ disposition, so I can see why this might be true. In this case, it most definitely was true!

Big brother Oslo just turned two, which can be a tricky age for sibling and family shots. Luckily with a little electronic persuasion behind the camera, we were able to get some shots of Oslo with little bro Archie.

Also, how super cute are their names?!
