Best Upper East Side Newborn Photography Session

Mak’s Upper East Side newborn session took place in the comfort of their apartment. Mak’s mom had contacted me last minute, as their original plans for newborn photography fell through due to the pandemic. Luckily, I was able to fit Mak in, as he was close to the 2.5 week mark. I always photograph newborns under the age of 2 weeks old. After 2 weeks old, they become more alert and hard to mold into the newborn poses you see in my portfolio. I always try to fit my little clients in for a session, if possible!

Mak did amazing for his session. He was so sleepy, and posed so easily for me! He looked amazing on the teal blue and green mom chose for his session. I always recommend parents choose 2 colors that are completely different from one another. He had olive colored skin, and these two colors complimented him perfectly.
