Best White Plains In-home Newborn Session

Violet’s parents were referred to me through a good friend of mine. I’ve met them a long time ago, and have seen them on many occasions through our mutual friend. I was super excited when they reached out to me to inquire about a newborn session for their baby.

Baby Violet’s gender was kept a surprise until the day she was born. I think there is something extra special about waiting until delivery to find out the gender of your baby. There are so few surprises these days, and it’s nice to have the doctor or father announce the gender during the delivery. In fact, many deliveries I attend at the hospital parents don’t know the gender until the baby arrives. It’s such a nice surprise to be a part of.

Miss Violet definitely had a little personality at her session, and made the cutest little scrunch faces. I typically don’t edit these out, as they capture their personality, unless requested by the parents.

I’m so happy to have captured this special moment in their lives. They also recently purchased a new home, and now have plenty of artwork to decorate the walls with!
